Richard Bratt first picked up trades while in high school at Glenbrook South. After graduating, he learned everything there is to know about the glass business from the best in the industry in Illinois and temporarily took his skills to California with his wife, Maria. Once back in Illinois, he took inspiration from his Alma Mater and established Glenbrook Glass Inc. in 2000. Since then, Rich has built long-term, loyal partnerships with builders, contractors, architects, and designers and has continued to foster these relationships. His eye for detail, precision, and accuracy are valued by the business and by his customers.

Maria Bratt’s expertise came from her time studying interior design and architecture at Mundelein College and working as a designer here in Illinois and California. While raising their two children with Rich, Maria transitioned to working part-time for the company from its inception until 2016, when she joined him as a full-time partner. Her design experience gave her the knowledge to become a project estimator, customer liaison, and researcher. She adores her customers and welcomes the opportunity to assist in problem-solving.
